The Caterpillar name Very nice facilities There is room to advance(somewhat) Some good people to work with Decent pay

Cons

Upper management is disconnected from the branch level. It is not the good ole boy system but someone with less talent can advance over you because their dad plays golf with so and so. You can work hard and be a loyal employee for over ten years but at the end of the day they will throw to the curb in a heartbeat. Benefits for a company this size are poor.

First off I’ve been in the rental business for a few decades and never ever thought. I’d get the opportunity to work at Ring Power! There has been a few speed bumps mainly because we were hired in the infant stages of really rolling out a standalone rental department. However, anybody with any sense knows that that’s what it takes to end up with a well old machine! After a few years, I still could not imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

Having one of our scheduled annual days off as a Veterans Day! Are you kidding me! Who does that? This place is unsurpassed by any other construction rental or retail outlet anywhere! Con’s??? Ha! Ummm… NO!

Good ol boy system. If you're not in specific niche groups you'll be an outcast quick. Toxic culture from management. 5 years wasted on a company to drop you like nothing
