company lunch at christmas time you had 30 minutes to eat and get back to work

Cons

no opportunity's to excel in career. wash rack guys starting out make more than techs with 30k in tooling after working there for 3 years. poor management, pitiful raises.

First off I’ve been in the rental business for a few decades and never ever thought. I’d get the opportunity to work at Ring Power! There has been a few speed bumps mainly because we were hired in the infant stages of really rolling out a standalone rental department. However, anybody with any sense knows that that’s what it takes to end up with a well old machine! After a few years, I still could not imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

Having one of our scheduled annual days off as a Veterans Day! Are you kidding me! Who does that? This place is unsurpassed by any other construction rental or retail outlet anywhere! Con’s??? Ha! Ummm… NO!

Good ol boy system. If you're not in specific niche groups you'll be an outcast quick. Toxic culture from management. 5 years wasted on a company to drop you like nothing
