Pros

Some of the time off is fairly flexible and you have some leeway in making your own judgment calls (which can also be bad).

Cons

No actual training processes and it is obvious this company could give a damn about employee engagement. Training is virtually nonexistent. Communication is sporadic & complete chaos. You find out important information often at last minute’s notice.
