No development, there is little engagement between site and Perth office. Lots of little rules, then changes to rules then exceptions depending on who you are. Requests for pretty much everything, from development to new computers, fall on deaf ears. No movement, both lower personel and middle management. If you leave, either through redundancy or through resignation the company treats you like trash. Current round of redundancies were handled very poorly with people given no time to say goodbye. Teams told they would be impacted but not until next week means people are on tenderhooks for a week. Resignation is seen as a betrayal of the company. If you are a bad worker you get taken off site and paid out the month. If you are a good worker you are forced to stay the whole month. My leader didn't know how to challenge his workers and is happy to just let everyone stew. Had no ambition to do more than what was simply required.
