      Pros

      Good health benefit and nice coffee.

      Cons

      You will used up all the health benefit. Cos the manager are crazy people. Force you come early and don't let you off until 6.30pm. And kept giving threat to staff by saying will sack them. The higher management knew your mistake and had agreed to threaten you.

      Mining is cyclic, layoffs are always a looming threat, depending on role 50-60 hr work week is common
