      - Great Salary, with good performance I received great pay rises every year - Awesome support with health, both mental and physical - Lots of learning opportunities both formally and within the business - Company culture was really great, people were overall very nice and it felt like a very psychologically safe place to work.

      Cons

      - Career mobility is difficult as people stay for such a long time, new positions are a bit rare
