Cons
Turnover is high because it is clear management prioritizes a select few (those who have been loyal from the beginning, to a fault); diversity is minimal at best, with senior leaders dismissing flags raised around hiring practices; no uniformity for review processes from manager to manager or year to year; BCG connection leads to unusually high working hours without sufficient compensation; the list goes on.
