Pros
The people in the non-management levels are great and I still maintain contact with.
Cons
The favoritism is real. The effort you put in may not be worth it. You could learn a lot along the way but they will also chew you up and spit you out. They said early on they were turning down work to maintain steady growth but when the going got tough suddenly those opportunities didn't exist anymore. The security of my job relying on managers ability (in-ability) to win or maintain contracts had me looking for other opportunities with actual growth opportunities. I also got my worst review around my paternity leave like another reviewer said. There is no space to have work life balance at this firm and the pay doesn't match the effort. My final time at the firm only confirmed to me that I didn't trust in the firm's ability to win and do high quality work. I found a paycheck elsewhere.
