Lots of great people to commiserate with at the non-leadership level.
Cons
I watched leadership bully high performers on numerous occasions, from mocking or yelling at them to outright firing them for “performance-based” reasons when the employees had never been told about the issues in real time. A lot of high performers also watched that behavior and left of their own accord.
