      Pros

      Leader in the Industry. Growing all the time. Inspiring workplace and colleagues. Great Benefits and resources. Imagine working at Disney in the early days, with all the potential stories yet to be told-- that's what working at Riot Games feels like. The sky is the limit.

      Cons

      Although Denewb is a great onboarding tool, there are areas the transition from Candidate to full time employee could work on. More concisely, there seems to be a lag in hand-off from the Talent Acquisition department to the contract department and communication seemed to be sporadic between, "we want you to be a Rioter." and the actual offer.

      Pros

      The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

      Cons

      Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

      Cons

      Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
