Pros

In-demand roles are well compensated. On-campus perks are very nice if working from headquarters in LA. Generous benefits are provided. Chance to work on huge global projects.

Cons

Decision making at the top is chaotic and poorly communicated, leading to departmental in-fighting and confusion. Inconsistent management layer, so your experience will be very different depending on your discipline and team leadership, their personality and how well connected they are. Becoming increasingly corporate and bureaucratic as time goes on, despite believing they are the anti-corporate, fun game company.

Pros

The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

Cons

Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
