Pros

Great amenities, very giving management staff, and a beautiful campus

Cons

There was an over-tolerance for a lot of strong personalities at Riot because of their supposed "talent" in their role. This lead to some very difficult teams to manage, as well as a toxic environment between teams and personalities there.

Pros

The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

Cons

Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
