Pros

- You'll have the opportunity to truly direct and progress your career - You'll meet some very unique and intelligent people who are also really nice - You'll be presented with problems you've never encountered before, and challenged to find solutions - You'll be given the freedom of an adult and thus control your schedule completely, but also be expected to perform your job. (I feel silly having to say it this way but many companies are pretty stuffy in this regard) - You'll get to be a part of League of Legends

Cons

- You'll often feel that communication is both overabundant (meetings where nothing of value is achieved) and yet somehow conspicuously absent (botched projects, misaligned groups) - You'll repeatedly hear grand plans that excite you and then be saddened to see them collapse or just never come to fruition.

Pros

Passionate co-workers who are all hyper talented, amazing fringe benefits, work/life balance, dedicated managers to help you with your career, and passionate players to serve.

Cons

Egos are rewarded you have to be really good at self promotion, the company is so big that you can feel lost if you don't invest in networking often, layoffs happen at Riot now

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
