Pros

I work at Riot Games for couple of years in Europe and I've been really happy with the atmosphere and my work. - High diversity (lot of women!) - Good pay and nice bonuses - Open communication and collaboration - Lot of freedom in making decisions in the publishing (marketing) field - Opportunities for creative work - Unlimited PTO and work model 1-3-1 - Benefits (healthcare, game funds, assistance programs, gym and way more)

Cons

- Sometimes work hours aren't EU friendly because of LA - Too low headcount for many EU offices covering multiple languages and games - Work under pressure + short deadlines

Pros

The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

Cons

Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

Pros

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Cons

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
