      Pros

      Pay and perks are great. The people doing the work are genuinely passionate and skilled. A lot of focus on work/life balance.

      Cons

      Middle management is staffed with people who "failed upwards", for lack of a better term. Be prepared for your direct managers to be completely absent and ineffective. Self-direction and problem solving is a must to be able to succeed here.

      Pros

      The people. So nice, so passionate (albeit in pockets). Benefits! Great insurance and vacation.

      Cons

      Quite corporate. Rigid structure. There is reluctance to take risks. Difficult to move between projects or roles as a producer.

      Pros

      Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

      Cons

      Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
