Being a PM here is like being a founder - you have that level of impact, but also have that level of expectations for investment and outcomes. It's a massive opportunity for someone looking for that, but its not for everyone, and I think that's why it tends to get some negative reviews. They could be better about setting these expectations during the interview process so that there aren't misaligned expectations once people start
