Cons
The job summary does not match the work at all. Get extremely complex problems, and fixing them usually just brings more work, not recognition. Micromanagement is everywhere. Managers change decisions constantly, week to week. Keep everything in writing, otherwise your best effort can be judged as a fail. There is no accountability across the teams. If something goes wrong, it falls on you. No contribution to pension. Leave, maternity, sick, other, only legal minimum. Company shows no concern for employees long term. Customer facing teams burn out fast, not because people are bad, but because expectations and pressure are impossible. Three days in office? No benefit seen, only control. Often used to block promotions, bonuses, or punish the staff. Forget the hobbies, family, relaxation. Work will take everything. Most people in office look exhausted and sad. The culture is constant pressure.
