Talented driven team at operational level.

Cons

Many leaders lacked a clear plan and did not walk the talk. Strategy was often discussed at a high level, but it was not grounded in data, evidence, or real growth experience. There was no clear strategy, plan, or prioritization. Instead, the team kept spending on different incentives to generate leads without a strong operating model behind it. By mid-2025, several directors had left, creating another leadership vacuum. This led to missed opportunities during peak selling season and last-minute efforts to force weak ideas to work. There were strong teammates at the execution level, but many were stuck firefighting with limited impact, mostly to satisfy leadership demands. Over time, work became more politically driven, and people who could talk well but showed limited measurable impact were promoted.

This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
