Pros

Smart and sound work colleagues Decent pay

Cons

- Honestly one of the worst places I have ever worked. Everyone is burned out and morale is extremely low. It's an exhausting place to work - Minimum benefits package compared to other tech companies -Sales vs CX facing teams culture -Not a 9-5 like they make you think - very common to put in 10+ hour days & no recognition for it -Customers are extremely demanding and rude - treat you like you are their slave. Unrealistic expectations set by sales regarding SLA's which feeds into the toxic attitude of a lot of customers. Everything is urgent when it's not! - Escalations are the norm because of the above -Unrealistic workload - everyone is at capacity 100% of the time and more work keeps getting added because operating on skeletal staff. Everyone is just in survival mode - The product is still very US based, lots of product limitations for EU market and Sales overpromising what is not true -Very little mentoring or coaching from Managers and Team Leads (not their fault as they also are at capacity leaving them little or no time to do this) - Very little career progression - No culture of after work socialising or events because Rippling is so frugal and everyone is just burned out or still working long hours

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
