Pros

Much like other tech start-ups/scale-ups, Rippling moves extremely fast. I spent the majority of my career in similar companies so I knew what I was signing up for, so I understand some of the other reviews that point out how bad the work life balance and culture is. From my experience, you really get out of work what you put into it. If you have experience working at fast-paced start ups, then you'll thrive and enjoy it here. When I was greener in my career, I didn't know how to prioritize properly so I was constantly overwhelmed and burnt out. Now that I have the proper skills, working at Rippling is invigorating.

Cons

Again like other tech start ups that move fast, there are constantly updates being made to the product, a lot of which isn't communicated very effectively internally and we're often finding out about new things from our customers which isn't great. It's not a problem unique to Rippling though, it's par for the course. If you want to jet set your career and learn a TON in a short amount of time, then this will be a great place for you. If you're looking for something you can just clock in/out of, you might want to consider working at a larger Fortune 100 company.

Pros

- Culture encourages extreme ownership - Company has very specific preferences around how to effectively work and collaborate which is widely emphasized. This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
