Pros
Unique approach to solving the problem. The product is heads and shoulders better than the competition. Clear direction from leadership. Everyone is aligned on what we are building and why we are building it. Team members are smart and are clearly experts in their role. I continue to be impressed by the level of talent, including the new hires. Nobody takes themselves too seriously. It's a good collection of people focused on the work.

It's not for everyone, but it's a fun place to work if you'd enjoy a fast pace at a fast growing company.
