Pros

Good salary is only thing I can think of

Cons

No cultural ethics. I heard many people are fired just before vesting cycle. Managers are immature youngsters only know how to drive stand up, that too without sophistication and just follow ups. Managers are not accostomed with any management skills. Work life balance is screwed up. Annual feedbacks are meaning less - I got a feedback that I m not available on slack though I solve most of the issues in my team. Managers dont do any work. They dont follow any sprint tasks. They dont even understand depth of their teams' architecture. Just passing commanders from above. Staff Engineers are ones who plan and execute things.

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
