Love this place. I have worked at ADP, Paylocity, Workday, SAP and Paychex. It's been an incredibly rewarding journey, both professionally and personally and Rippling is an amazing place to be. I finally found a home. Starting in sales, I was impressed by the supportive team dynamic and Rippling's commitment to my success. I was fortunate to be promoted to a leadership role, which speaks volumes about Rippling's investment in its employees' growth and career trajectory opportunities. The culture here is bar none. It's fast-paced and innovative, but also incredibly collaborative and supportive. Everyone is passionate about what they do, and that energy is contagious. You get to talk about the best platform in the game on a daily basis as Rippling is a true "game changer" in the industry, If you're looking for a place to challenge yourself, learn from talented colleagues, and be part of something truly special, Rippling is definitely worth considering. The executive team is first class all around and they truly care about everyone here, all while building something special. From Parker Conrad, to Matt Plank to Matt MacInnis to Paul Barber.
