Rippling is one of the most amazing places to work from the company benefits, the employee appreciation, the amazing product, and driven leaders and peers that you work alongside.

Cons

If you're a fully remote employee there isn't a ton of opportunity to socialize with other coworkers/peers or events that are put together

Great culture, good remote-work benefits and an opportunity to go on-site once a year.

Cons

No 401k match, upper management has rolled out lots of half-baked technology that makes the job much harder.

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
