      * Important scaling challenges to solve as the company moves upmarket and onboards true enterprise scale customers. * New and exciting products still getting built - the compound product vision keeps getting bigger and bigger. * Shipping is rewarded

      Cons

      * Okayish tech stack if that's something you care about - i.e. for a product focused engineer it really doesn't matter. * Mostly driven from the US location since most of the customers are there. Multiple attempts at building engineering leadership at India location - still a WIP.

      - Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

      Cons

      - It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
