      they pay you, though miss commission payments occasionally

      worst place to work ever, wrote a long post but it got flagged and removed impossible to get promoted unless you are a white straight person do not work here, they do not care about their workers at all micromanage even the highest performers

This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

      Cons

      - The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
