-Rippling is an absolute grind. Most folks I know are hanging on by a thread most of the time. -Our internal processes are extremely underdeveloped for where we are as an organization. -High expectations with very little empathy for the role from upper leadership. AMs are unfairly blamed for escalated customers when our broken support processes make it impossible to push things along internally, no matter how hard we try. -High volume, high stress, high workload -Constantly seeing peers let go - one moment their crushing quota, next they’re struggling for two months and they’re cut from the org.
