Never seen such a high performing SDR team in India - Account Executive Rippling Employee Review

I honestly wasn’t aware about why people were so crazy about Rippling. First I thought it’s just their compensation that’s above benchmark for India. And this is the only company I’ve worked with that actually practices what it preaches, no where in the history of my association with companies as an SDR had I ever seen even a Director, an SDR Manager dialing in heads down with folks who are yet to meet quota. You are given enough ammo to hit your targets. Also, Rippling’s India Global team is not for the faint hearted, it will take all of what you have in you to succeed here so only join if you think you are the best but also have the resilience to keep going if things don’t turn your way. Also, the good part is there’s no dearth of growth, you perform and you will be rewarded, no performer has ever been in the same position for more than 12 months. For what it’s worth, I was promoted in a record time of 11 months to an Account Executive so there’s ample room for growth. Would like to highlight that one of the most prime reasons the team has still been able to keep up is because of the Director of Sales Development, Senior Manager and the Manager- SDR they’re absolute gems. They know who should land where and what’s the growth path for each person. They’ve hired a great batch of SDR’s and honestly I feel (this is strictly my opinion) if it wasn’t for the Director, with the aggressive growth culture that Rippling has, teams might not be able to survive in challenging situations. I’ve worked with leaders in the past and I’ve worked with him, I’ve never seen someone as invested as he is in everyone. Managing a team of 50 damn superstars is not a piece of cake when everyone is strong headed and opinionated. All in all, I feel Rippling is a place which will give you hard days with cold hard cash but the run is always worth it. Join only if you have pushed yourself hard, because we’re gonna push it even harder.
