Pros

Your work has impact - almost everyone here on the sales side feels like everything we do on a daily basis has a true impact on the company itself and we are really able to drive change in a meaningful way. Great team here in Dublin and we get outside of the office walls quite often.

Cons

Definitely hard work so probably not the best company if you’re looking for something easy.

Great culture, good remote-work benefits and an opportunity to go on-site once a year.

Cons

No 401k match, upper management has rolled out lots of half-baked technology that makes the job much harder.

- Product Market Fit - Most clients in the SMB/MM range find Rippling to be a helpful platform - Most teams, managers, and colleagues are good people who are ready to help - Opportunities to progress your career

Cons

- It's intense and the fastest place I've ever worked at. Rippling won't help you manage your burn out so if you can't handle it, you likely won't last very long - Big brother like office attendance tracking - Benefits (no 401k match) and pay are average
