Pros
I'm outside sales with no store hours. I'm provided every tool I need including a company van with samples, a laptop, a printer, and an iPhone. Top management is only an email away. The corporate office is helpful and easy to reach. The prices are second to none because our owners negotiate with the mills (I came from another company and was shocked at the difference!) We are emailed our commission every day so we can keep up with our money. No one looks over my shoulder at what I'm doing every minute - very nice for a night owl like me. I'm happy to work here with such supportive people.
Cons
I sometimes don't receive information about product that is supposed to trickle down. We have issues in scheduling and communication with the client on the day of installation.
