It’s a job and you get paid while training.
Cons
The management is out for themselves and don’t care about their employees. They gave corporate employees 5-6 weeks PTO DAYS but store employees who have been there over 10 years only get 10-11 PTO days. No bereavement pay period! Health insurance is costly and has high deductibles Have worked 10 days without a day off Inconsistent work schedule
