Uneducated management toxic culture - Field Representative Rite Rug Flooring Employee Review

Inexperienced uneducated management that doesn’t know the industry. Toxic work environment with negative culture. Field reps do a majority of the work while office workers ignore calls and watch Netflix and surf social media for a majority of the day. The pay is nowhere near competitive and there is really no amount of money is worth working here.
