The company goes out of its way to provide for the well-being of its employees. There are many communication and feedback mechanisms that are effective, both formal and informal. The company is growing but wants to grow the right way, it seems. Very strong culture from the owners on down.

Harder for off-site personnel to experience the culture.

good flexibility, or there was, many things up in the air now

disconnect between on-site contractors and offices/management. most meetings and "one of the few" events focused on main office locations and schedules, often with seemingly little consideration for those remote or on-site.
