Beind a RS employee really does mean being one of F.E.W., or Friends Enjoying Work! My program manager was committed to making my work experience something I was pleased and proud of doing.

Cons

HQ is located in Rhode Island so many of the best company experiences were out reach of those working in other states. Still, the company tried hard to give every employee a taste of what we were missing in as meaningful a way as possible (e.g., gift cards for dinner if we missed the company party).

good flexibility, or there was, many things up in the air now

disconnect between on-site contractors and offices/management. most meetings and "one of the few" events focused on main office locations and schedules, often with seemingly little consideration for those remote or on-site.
