Competitive Salary, Good company culture.

Cons

Unorganized, some of the politics is pretty discouraging, and I did NOT like being asked to sign a non-compete agreement.

good flexibility, or there was, many things up in the air now

Cons

disconnect between on-site contractors and offices/management. most meetings and "one of the few" events focused on main office locations and schedules, often with seemingly little consideration for those remote or on-site.
