Pros
Ritz has great health insurance and decent benefits (ie vacation time, sick time accrual) Customers are great to work with Helping people preserve and share their memories is a very rewarding experience
Cons
Company does not respect or support employees Ritz Camera has terrible communication from upper management all the way down to store level Ritz will tell you the only way to get a raise is to sell more, but they are unable to provide product to the stores (walk in and check out their shelves) when competitors have all the product they need They have been cutting their full time employees (who are required to average 36 hours a week to stay full time) to 30-32 hours a week and consistently tell them that it's only temporary - but it's been temporary for two years +
