Pros
Other employees are generally fun to work with. There are periods of "down" time which help to make up for the hectic times.
Cons
If you are a sales associate you will never get an hourly pay raise. if you want to make more you have to sell more. This was ok when commission was good, but over the years it kept getting less and less so you had to sell even more to break even. Ten years down the drain!
