Pros

Only strong point about the hotel is the Brand Ritz-Carlton

Cons

The product doesnt do justice to the brand, the outlets and the hotel itself is pretty rundown. Compared t other Ritz-Carltons The hotel has a very negative work environment. The actual HR policies of Ritz-Carlton has been completely watered down, and the employees dont enjoy the same respect of being Ladies & Gentlemen as their peers in the rest of Ritz-Carltons around the world.
