Good work environment, its a place where you can learn more, will get opportunity to sharpen your skills. Lot of challenging works, if you do good, company will recognize your efforts and give more opportunities. As Riversand is growing, you will get chance to help company in lot of areas. Good Company to work, recently management has changed completely which is going in better path. If you perform well, will get opportunities to visit client on-site.
Cons
As a small company and its keep growing, company has to hire better people who can contribute and help company in all aspects. Riversand started doing this now. Work balance was less, seems like this will be balanced in couple of months. We can expect this in every small company.
