Pros
1. Product Company - with a strong implementation arm focused on our product 2. Entirely self owned/ funded - no external investments (so far) 3. Profitable for most of it's years in existence 4. Marquee customer base 5. Leader in Gartner MQ for the past few years - this itself brings in a lot of traction 6. 2015 proving to be a year of sustained growth and consolidation of the product 7. You will work on solving real problems for real customers 8. Agile development methodology 9. Flat organization 10. Plenty of good work for everyone
Cons
1. .NET stack entirely (could be a pro or con) 2. Ambiguous goals/ Strategy keeps changing 3. No written policies - Mgmt seems allergic to writing basic policies down (travel policy itself not documented despite being in existence 14+ years) 4. Not a paymaster + employees pay through their nose when results are bad, yet to see employees rewarded when results are good. 5. Basic infrastructure at work is poor 6. No HR/ no HR policies - treated as largely recruitment function
