some more profeessional staff l;ook down on other staff with less tech knownledge.persons of authority have too power over co-workers. can't understand why (hr) and higher personnel allow one sex staff to work all weekends and only one weekend every two months unless he quest it. and get one weekend day and weekday off , every one else gets weekends off unless something comes up. if you compliant you get treated wrong.
