Pros
Staff are team players. Some nice improvements with the dietary/cafeteria departments. Housekeeping is outstanding. Overall, most departments have good management. Avoid the women's areas at this facility.
Cons
HR is not looking out for your interests. Management in the women's area are incompetent to be leaders. You will work your tail off and in the end- none of it will be appreciated or recognized and your license is worth more.
