Incredibly cutthroat, vicious environment. This is not the place to work if you aren't able to suck up in order to get ahead. Upper management plays favorites like I've never seen anywhere else. People have absolutely no qualms about throwing others under the bus in order to move ahead. If you are a terrible person who has no morals, you're perfect for the executive team. It's all about who you know. The way people were treated makes me shudder and I am so grateful to no longer work in that truly hostile work environment. Across the entire company, people hated their jobs but know there weren't a lot of options in the area.
