Terminated for following instructions. - Yard Spotter Riverside Transport Employee Review

Last week, I injured my ankle at work. I didn't know whether or not to go to the doctor, but my supervisor advised that I should. I did as instructed and it was filed under a worker's comp claim. The original paperwork I got from the doctor stated the I could return to work on the 23rd. On the 22nd, I was told that it was not written clearly enough. So I went back in on the 23rd and had a follow-up exam. This doctor cleared me and released me from care on that day. Still trying to get cleared to return to work, I couldn't get an answer until this afternoon. My supervisor called and terminated me. The same guy who advised me to go to the doctor.
