They just don't care about their employees, management picks favorite's and puts extra work others who aren't in that favorite's group while they sit and do nothing while some places are understaffed, causing the already low moral to go even lower. Along with that you have no work-life balance, when your not at work, you at home because you have to recover from the 12 hour shift because management threw away chairs and will write you up if you sit down even for a second
