Payment is always on time. Bosch organizes yearly team spirit building meetings for Promoters where you can learn all about new tools you'll be selling next season. Instant feedback from superiors when needed.
Cons
Not adequate for people who want a full time job, or who can't work during weekends. Not for anyone who isn't a people-person because you constantly interact with all kind of different people ( often unpleasant )
