Business Outlook
Pros
Bosch is a large stable company with alot of divisions. They are self funded and do not rely on the stock market. The company offers a great 401K and retairment plan.
Cons
Their medical plan has droped to the point where you do not feel you have insurence. Hi copay and medical does not kick in until you either pay 2500 or 3500 depending on plan. Additionally, base pay is lower than average and don't count on raises- we had not had one in three years.
