      Agile, gives its employees the freedom to think outside the box. Easier to have an impact. You won't be just another number.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive. Bulk of the work force is located in a very tiny town in North Germany. Not everyone at the company is very driven.

      Work-life balance is great and getting an internship extended is very common.

      Not on the cutting edge of tech at all and they seem to move slowly much like the rest of the auto industry.
