Decent benefits, good pay increase dependent on department. Overall company prioritizes quality. Company uses a goal sharing initiative where everyone gets a bonus based on performance.
Cons
Insane amount of administrative work that was self inflicted. Constant changes to internal policies, documentation, and rules makes it almost impossible to know what is what. Average salary is starting to fall behind based on HCOL and other competitors. Can be a high stress and fast paced environment, but you will find that it most automotive companies.
