!!!could be team/project specific!!! Your role is too Loosely defined. Overly dependant on external suppliers (lack of internal know how and ability to implement substancial changes on test stations without supplyer support is common and acceptable/expected). Lack of standards from German development side forces industrialization teams in Braga to have 10x work that could be easily avoided -> this is caused by rushed projects with absurdly short deadlines. Lack of internal standards for what the industrialization team is expected to execute. Bad performanced is not punished, good performance is not rewarded. Inability to progress technically, changing to abstract, non technical leading roles is the only meaningful way to progress Is paygrade.
